Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 18 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the Adexa website, our free Google Ads audit application and related online services. Adexa is a trading name of Flux Media PPC Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09145673.
1. About us
Adexa is operated by Flux Media PPC Ltd ("Adexa", "we", "us" or "our"). Our business address is The Old Brewery, Castle Eden, TS27 4SU. Our VAT registration number is GB265704102.
You can contact us at hello@adexa.io or by telephone on 0191 283 3961.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or submitting information through the Google Ads audit application, you agree to these terms. If you submit information on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business.
3. Website and audit application
Our website provides information about Adexa's services and may allow eligible businesses to request a free Google Ads audit. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website or audit application without notice.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that we will provide an audit, enter into a client relationship or deliver the audit within a particular period. We may decline requests that do not meet our eligibility, capacity, compliance or commercial requirements.
4. Information you provide
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You must not submit another person's details or a Google Ads customer ID unless you have authority to do so.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the website and any information you provide complies with applicable laws and does not infringe another person's rights.
5. Google Ads account invitations and access
When you request an audit, you may ask Adexa's Google Ads manager account to send an account-linking invitation to the Google Ads customer ID you provide. The invitation does not grant access until an authorised user of that Google Ads account accepts it.
By accepting the invitation, you confirm that you have authority to grant Adexa access and authorise us to inspect relevant account configuration and performance information for the purpose of preparing the requested audit and communicating its findings.
A manager link may provide account-management capabilities and is not technically limited to read-only access. Adexa will not make campaign, billing or account changes as part of a free audit unless separately agreed with you in writing.
You remain responsible for your Google Ads account and may remove Adexa's access at any time through Google Ads account access settings. Google services are provided by Google and are also subject to Google's own terms and policies.
6. Audit findings and results
Audit findings are based on the information available to us at the time and involve professional judgement. They are provided for general business and marketing purposes and are not financial, legal or accounting advice.
Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee particular revenue, profit, return on advertising spend, conversion rates or other results from an audit or from implementing any recommendation.
7. Separate client services
If you appoint Adexa to provide paid advertising management or other professional services, those services may be governed by a separate proposal, order form or services agreement. If there is a conflict, the separately agreed terms will apply to those paid services.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious material, use automated systems to abuse our forms, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes.
9. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, branding, graphics, designs and materials, are owned by or licensed to Flux Media PPC Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit them without our written permission.
You may use an audit delivered specifically to your business for your own internal business purposes.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. That policy also explains how to contact us about your information.
11. Availability and third-party services
We do not guarantee that the website or audit application will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. The service relies on third parties including Google, Netlify and Calendly, and we are not responsible for interruptions or changes to services outside our reasonable control.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or data arising from your use of the website, audit application or audit findings.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after an update means the revised terms will apply to that use.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply under applicable law.
15. Contact
